Our full service catering includes a complete serving line with all pertinant condiments, chafing dishes, flatware, papergoods, etc. This also includes mobile smoker on site. We also offer drop off catering. 25% deposit requested upon approved menu choices. Additional fees will be applied if services start time is delayed. This proposal does not include gratuity.
